Computing Intelligence and Communication Networks are becoming the core enablers of next-generation cyber-physical infrastructures, intelligent services, and large-scale networked systems. The International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Ubiquitous Communications (ICUC 2026) aims to provide a premier interdisciplinary forum for researchers, practitioners, and industry leaders to present and discuss the latest advances in machine intelligence, intelligent computing architectures, communication networks, and integrated intelligent communication systems.

The International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Ubiquitous Communications (ICUC 2026) will be held on 21-24, August 2026 at Shenyang, China. ICUC 2026 welcomes original, unpublished research contributions that advance the theory and practice of computing intelligence and modern communication networks, including methodological innovations, system designs, experimental studies, and real-world applications. Topics of interests include, but are not limited to:

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome: Submissions must include an abstract, keywords, the e-mail address of the corresponding author and should not exceed 8 pages for main conference, including tables and figures in CS format.

The template files for LATEX or WORD can be downloaded .

All paper submissions must represent original and unpublished work.

*Full papers should not exceed 8 pages

*Posters should not exceed 2 pages
