Welcome to ICUC 2026

Computing Intelligence and Communication Networks are becoming the core enablers of next-generation cyber-physical infrastructures, intelligent services, and large-scale networked systems. The International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Ubiquitous Communications (ICUC 2026) aims to provide a premier interdisciplinary forum for researchers, practitioners, and industry leaders to present and discuss the latest advances in machine intelligence, intelligent computing architectures, communication networks, and integrated intelligent communication systems.

The International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Ubiquitous Communications (ICUC 2026) will be held on 21-24, August 2026 at Shenyang, China. ICUC 2026 welcomes original, unpublished research contributions that advance the theory and practice of computing intelligence and modern communication networks, including methodological innovations, system designs, experimental studies, and real-world applications. Topics of interests include, but are not limited to:

* Track 1. Foundation Models and Generative Intelligence

* Track 2. AI-Native Networks and Intent-Based Networking

* Track 3. Integrated Sensing & Communication and Semantic Communications

* Track 4. Fuzzy Systems, Uncertainty Modeling & Explainable AI

* Track 5. Quantum Computing & Evolutionary Intelligence

* Track 6. Neuromorphic Computing & Efficient AI Systems

* Track 7. Edge-Cloud-Device Collaborative Intelligence

* Track 8. Digital Twins for Communication Networks & Evaluation/Benchmarking

* Track 9. Computing Intelligence for Robotics & Autonomous Systems

* Track 10. Explainable, Responsible, and Trustworthy Computing Intelligence

Papers need to be prepared according to the IEEE format, and submitted in PDF format via via the ICUC : 2026 submission site.

Accepted and presented papers will be included in the Conference Proceedings published by CS Press (indexed by EI). At least one author of accepted papers MUST register and present their work at the conference; otherwise, their papers will be removed from the digital libraries of CS and EI after the conference. Authors of 50% papers will be invited to submit their paper to a special issue in a SCI-indexed journal. Information about these journal special issues are available on the website.
